After weeks of trying to build the raft, Michael, Sawyer, Jin, and Walt finally managed to successfully get off the island. Although they were leaving the rest of us behind we were all praying they would find a rescue soon. I came close to bargaining my way onto that vessel, but my history at sea is not so hot and I trust myself better on land than water! Although I did survive a plane that crashed into the water.
While they looked for rescue at sea, Locke, and Kate the bounty hunter went exploring inside that mysterious hatch that was found. I don't know what it is about her, but she always positions herself in the middle of all the action! Strange enough, they found someone living inside the hatch, someone who had not been outside in over 31/2 years! And that's not the half of it! There is running water, electricity, and most importantly, food! Locke stopped hunting boar weeks ago and my belly has definitely felt better days. But I'm floored that an entire living space has been discovered under the jungle! Does this have some connection to "the Others"? Can we trust that this man is being honest with us about his true identity? Most importantly, what do all the creepy emblems with the word "Dharma" on them represent? I began this day anticipating a rescue, but now I'm left feeling abandoned, just like the hatch buried in the ground.
